Here at Fox Efficiency we offer free shipping so you dont have to worry

We provide international shipping. However due to certain postal challenges, we will not be able to deliver shipments to military areas and certain smaller countries

We ship orders overseas by mail services. After your order has been processed by our logistics team, it'll be delivered to our local postage companies and then handling of your order will be fulfulled by the respective carrier companies.

Upon arrival in your selected destination's country, your order would then be handled by your country's postal service. Please kindly contact your local post when your order arrives in your country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER INFORMATION

Your orders are tracked via tracking code.

We will send you the tracking code of your order(s) to the email you used when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you have received your email notification purchase.

You should notice tracking event updates withing 48-72 hours after you have received your tracking code.

For first time purchases, it may take us few minutes to retrieve the tracking information from the carrier services. In the event that you can not find informtation about your package please try again later.

Your shipment status ramianing unchanged may be due to delays in shipment. Shipment delays could be due to e.g weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

Please kindly note that tracking information can be displayed after your order has been shipped.

When your order is ready to ship, we send it to the respectice shipping companies and the handling of your order will be fullfiled by them.

Depending on the individual shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or an imposed import tax. This is likely due to your shipping adress being in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay the carrier the recquired fee in order to receive your order.

We often declare orders as a gift below order value, so rest assured that these situations rarely happen.

In case you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at support@foxefficiency.com withing 12 hour after placing your order.

AFTER PURCHASE

We strive to deliver the best customer oriented experience we can. However, there are possible factors that may negatively affect the quality - often during the shipping process where product may be damaged while in trasnit. Please click here for our retunr policy : Refund Policy

STEP 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking code for an update of your shipment status.

STEP 2:If you are not able to find anything, contact our Customer Service department by sending an email to sales@foxefficiency.com and provide us wth your shipping adress information so we can work your problem out.

Step 3:If the adress you provided in the email matched the shipping adress in our system, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement or refund your money.

In the situation where your order was not succesfully delivered as you may have filled in the wrong adress, and thus we are unable to deliver your package. In this situation, we would require for you to pay some extra fees for sending you a replacement. This would be the only option in such situation.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

In the event where you have provided an incorrect adress, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@foxefficiency.com and provide us with your correct adress. Our fox team will then proceed to check whether we are able to change your order's destination for you.

If your order has been shipped out, then we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to change your destination for you nor send you another packed without any additional fee.
